Verizon Call Filtering - Control Spam Calls

Call Filter is a Verizon app preloaded on company phones. (Shown above) This app helps with controlling spam calls.  Follow the steps below to activate this service. 

Call Filter - Turn On Free Spam Protection

1. From the phone's home screen, navigate: Apps > Call Filter

2. Tap Account

3. Tap Current plan

4. Tap Manage plan

5. Tap Call Filter Free

6. Tap Review changes

7. Review the account changes then tap Confirm
    •   A notification will be sent once the service has been activated.
    •   To ensure you're blocking spam calls, refer below

Call Filter - Enable Spam Filter

1. From the phone's home screen, navigate: Apps > Call Filter

2. Tap Block (bottom of screen).

3. Tap Spam filters

4. Tap the Spam filter switch to turn on or off

5. Select which risk level you want to block:
    •    High risk only
    •    High and medium risk
    •    All risk levels

6. Tap the Allow voicemails switch to turn on or off.
This option controls whether or not spam callers can leave you a voicemail message.
