Steps to check on ExakTime Issues.
1. Restart Browser to see if the Browser is causing the issue.
2. Check for any Issues at https://status.exaktime.com

3. Contact ExactTime using one of the paths below to report your issue.
Call 877-435-6411 (6:00 AM - 5:00 PM, M-F PST).
or
Email support@exaktime.zendesk.com and support@ncs-tx.com to report the issue to Exaktime and allow NCS technology so we can track the issue.

4. If you are unable to receive a response, please reply to their support email that they sent you when you open the ticket. This will update ExakTime support and NCS Support and IT services can then push for results.
