Download and Open up the Salesforce Authenticator

Open up web browser on Laptop and navigate to appropriate site and login:
     Sales Team – www.salesforce.com
     Estimators – www.ncs-tx.force.com
Enter username and password.
Select Choose Another Verification Method

Method 1

Select, “Use the Salesforce Authenticator mobile app
Select Continue
Open Salesforce Authenticator on mobile device
Select Add Account
Enter phase on the app connection page into your account prompt.
App will add account which will now show you a 6-digit code that refreshes every 30 seconds.
You will need this code to log in from now on.

Method 2

Select, “Use verification code from an authenticator app

Next Screen will provide a QR Code view.
Open Salesforce Authenticator (Do Not Use Microsoft Authenticator)
Select Add and Account
Select ‘Or Scan QR code to complete setup.
App will add account which will now show you a 6-digit code that refreshes every 30 seconds.
You will need this code to log in from now on.
